1. General Policy
At JJ EXIM INDIA, we are committed to delivering high-quality onions and flowers to our clients worldwide. We strive to ensure that all products meet the required standards for freshness, quality, and accuracy in the order. However, we understand that there may be rare circumstances where refunds or returns may be necessary.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:
– The product was damaged during transit.
– The product received was not as per the order specifications (incorrect variety, quantity, or type).
– The product failed to meet the agreed quality standards (freshness, size, or other specific criteria).
– Delayed shipment resulting in the products being unusable (for perishable items like flowers and onions).
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided for:
– Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
– Products that have been partially or fully used.
– Delays or issues caused by customs clearance or regulatory requirements in the destination country.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, the following steps must be taken:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing john@jjeximindia.in with the following details:
– Order number
– Photos or videos of the product and packaging
– A description of the issue (damage, incorrect order, etc.)
2. Our team will review the claim and may request additional information if necessary.
3. If the claim is approved, we will process the refund within 2 business days.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, it may take an additional [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Shipping Costs
– If the refund is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.
– For all other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once the shipment has been dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support at info@jjeximindia.in.
